Empowering others to believe in themselves...
"As a consultant, it is my desire to see you gain inner strength, belief, and value in yourself. I want you to stop feeling ashamed of making mistakes and to realize that your mistakes are not who you are. I want you to see that you can change your outcome. Fear does not have to be your crutch. You are a champion and a victor who can write your own destiny and story. Take control of your destiny. You control your ability to be happy."
What led me to becoming a consultant?
I have 16 years of leadership experience in the military where I managed 300 individuals with diverse views and abilities. Within the military I was certified as a small and large group facilitator. My strengths include logistics, mentoring, empowering, people management, and business management. I am certified as a Lifeforming Growth Coach through the John Maxwell Team. The John Maxwell Team is recognized as the single most influential source of leadership training and empowerment in the world.
My mother has schizophrenic paranoia. Through my efforts to support her, I have become well educated about how to work with individuals with mental disorders. The tools I have developed for myself by dealing with my mother, I now use to help others. Many individuals are dealing with mild forms of mental stress or duress. I have a passion for exposing the roots of mental issues. I began thinking about what mental issues can do to a person, and have conducted my own research to develop systems in which I am able to help others overcome their issues. My non-clinical approach walks individuals through the process of changing their thinking by providing techniques that prevent them from slipping back to the same negative mental patterns, and helps them find their true identities again.
