Stefanie McKellar is the Marketing Director of Counterweight Media, an online content marketing agency. She uses her digital marketing expertise to help businesses find their ideal customers in today’s competitive online world. A graduate from the University of Washington with a degree in Marketing, Stefanie enjoys discovering how new generations have changed commerce: how they consume products and services, receive information, and engage with the online world. She is a second-generation business owner as well as a passionate indie-entrepreneur.
Brenda has 15 years of leadership experience in the military. She managed 300 individuals with diverse views and abilities. Within the military she was certified as a small and large group facilitator. Brenda’s strengths include logistics, mentoring, empowering, people management, and business management. She is certified as a Lifeforming Growth Coach through the John Maxwell Team. The John Maxwell Team is recognized as the single most influential source of leadership training and empowerment in the world.
Lisa Maki is a seasoned public speaker with over 20 years of experience in conducting training programs and workshops, delivering powerful speeches, and speaking at conferences. She is highly respected both in the secular and church arena because of her ability to adapt to any audience. In the corporate world she was a successful consultant in Human Resources in Organizational Development. She specialized in designing and conducting Leadership, Management, and Self-Development training programs for Top 500 Fortune companies, including Kraft Foods, Dole Asia, Kimberly-Clark, Aetna, and others.
Dave Maestas is a retired Special Forces "Green Beret" and Airborne Ranger. He retired from the Army in 2014 after 20 years of service and almost 4 years of combat overseas. He is the Director of the NW Region of the US Army Ranger Association whose area of responsibility spans from Montana to Alaska. He is the CEO & founder of Maestro Strategic Solutions. Since retiring he created several businesses to include starting a non-profit in 2014 called "My Ranger Biz" whose goal is to unite Veteran Businesses across the country. With over 200 businesses and 2000 members it is a huge success that Veterans across the country have used to buy from Veteran businesses whether B2B or B2C.
Debbie Hurtt has worked in a leadership capacity with children since the age of 12. She obtained a degree in Early Childhood Development and went on to teach Kindergarten in 1978. She then became a children's pastor and served faithfully for almost 30 years. While working with Elementary and Junior High students she developed programs to facilitate 650 students each week. Debbie later became a franchise owner of a women's fitness center serving over 5,000 ladies. With 12 years experience running her own business, she learned to manage customer expectations within business interactions, targeted marketing, accounting, and tax prep. Debbie has recently become a Certified Life Coach and Speaker through the John Maxwell Team.
